This apartment has been completely renovated inside, is newly furnished and has an airy and comfortable feeling. Both the living room and main bedroom have balconies overlooking the street.

Situated on the second floor of a typical neighbourhood 'finca' (there is no lift), it has a living room with balcony, a double bedroom with balcony, a single bedroom (in the interior), a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

In the living room the sofa folds out into a comfortable double bed so that the flat can comfortably sleep 4 (2+2 or 2+1+1). There is a radio / CD / cassette player, a DVD player and television (not satellite).

Sheets and towels are provided as are some cooking supplies.

Carrer Ferlandina has very little traffic due to the control schemes in the area. Barcelona's new modern art museums, the MACBA and the CCCB are two minutes walk away at the end of the street.

This part of El Raval hosts a stimulating mix of the traditional and the new with offbeat shops, galleries and workshops moving in to the area. Many old and new eateries are within a 15 minute radius of the flat.

The cost
The cost per night for 1 or 2 people is 90 euros, and for 3 or 4 people, 110 euros. There are no extra charges. The minimum stay is 3 nights and for stays of 1 week there is a discount of 12%.
