This apartment has been completely rebuilt inside to create a pleasant and comfortable space.

Situated on the first floor of a typical neighbourhood 'finca', it has a single living / kitchen area with a balcony overlooking the street, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed situated at the rear of the flat. In the living area the sofa folds out into a comfortable double bed so that the flat can sleep 4 (2+2).

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a radio / CD / cassette player and television (not satellite) plus a DVD player.

Sheets and towels are provided as are some basic cooking supplies.

Carrer Lleó is a relatively quiet street for central Barcelona. Traffic is limited to a few hours a day and there are no bars in this block. In the area around about there is a lively mix of old and new, of traditional and arty, including a truly varied and interesting range of bars, eateries and shops.

During your stay someone will always be contactable to help with problems or for advice.

The cost
The cost per night for 1 or 2 people is 90 euros, and for 3 or 4 people, 110 euros. There are no extra charges. The minimum stay is 2 nights and for stays of 1 week there is a discount of 12%.
